Privacy Policy

Ice Tower Classic: Jump Up (iOS) · Operated by GRP LLC · Effective date: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Ice Tower Classic: Jump Up ("the Game"), how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the Game to collect as little as possible: it has no account system and we never ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your game progress — high scores, floors reached, coin balance, hearts, unlocked characters, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to us. Deleting the Game deletes this data.

2. Information collected by our service providers

The Game uses a small number of third-party services that collect limited data on their own servers. None of this data is linked to your real-world identity by us.

Advertising — Google AdMob. The Game shows optional rewarded video ads served by Google. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA — only if you allow tracking, see Section 3), ad interaction data, coarse location estimated from your IP address, and diagnostic data (such as crash and performance logs). See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob.

In-app purchases — Apple & RevenueCat. Purchases (coin packs, the Character Pack) are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and restore purchases; it receives your purchase history tied to a random, anonymous app-generated identifier — never your name or Apple ID. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. We never see or store your payment details.

Leaderboards — Apple Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and Game Center nickname are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable Game Center in iOS Settings at any time.

3. Tracking and your choices

4. How the data is used

The data described above is used only to: show and measure ads (which keep the free content free), deliver and restore purchases, keep leaderboards working, and diagnose crashes and performance problems. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to operating the Game.

5. Data retention and deletion

Local game data lives on your device and is removed when you delete the Game. Data held by Google, Apple, and RevenueCat is retained under their own policies. If you would like us to request deletion of the anonymous purchase records associated with your install, contact us using the details below.

6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served with age-appropriate settings where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will address it promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted in the Game's App Store release notes.
