Terms of Use

Ice Tower Classic: Jump Up (iOS) · Operated by GRP LLC · Effective date: July 13, 2026

By downloading or playing Ice Tower Classic: Jump Up ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. These Terms supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The Game, including its artwork, characters, code, music, and name, is owned by GRP LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game.

2. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, hearts, and unlockable characters are virtual items. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Game.
• Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple under App Store policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.
• Use Restore Purchases in the in-game shop to recover the Character Pack on a new device.
• We may adjust game balance — including prices, rewards, and how virtual items work — to keep the Game fun and fair. Virtual items may be modified or discontinued if the Game is discontinued.

3. Advertising

The Game shows optional rewarded video ads served by third parties. Watching them is always your choice and is exchanged only for virtual items. Ad content is provided by the ad network, not by GRP LLC.

4. Leaderboards and fair play

Leaderboards are provided through Apple Game Center. You agree not to cheat, use exploits, automation, or modified clients, or otherwise manipulate scores. We may remove scores we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game; interfere with its operation or its services; or use it in any unlawful way.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us through the Game in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate the license of anyone who violates these Terms. Sections 1, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GRP LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address with its effective date. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
