These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GRP LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of GARP IPTV Player ("GARP", "the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The essential point. GARP is a media player only. It contains no channels, films, series or playlists, and GRP LLC does not provide, sell or recommend any. You bring your own subscription from a provider of your choosing, and you are responsible for making sure that provider has the right to distribute what it offers.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android TV and Google TV devices that you own or control, for your private, non-commercial use. The App is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, rent or sublicense the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

2. No content is provided

The App plays media from a server whose address and credentials you enter. It ships with no server, account, playlist or stream of any kind.
GRP LLC does not operate, host, index, curate or control any media service, and has no knowledge of or control over what a service you connect to makes available.
GRP LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller for any IPTV provider, broadcaster or rights holder. Names and logos that appear in the App are supplied by the service you connect to and belong to their respective owners.
We do not sell subscriptions and will not help you obtain one.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

you will use the App only with services and content that you are legally entitled to access in your country;
you will not use the App to access, stream or distribute content in violation of copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
you are responsible for your agreement with your provider, including its fees, its terms and any limit on simultaneous connections;
you are responsible for keeping your provider credentials confidential and for all use of the App on your device;
you will not use the App to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to any server or network.

We do not condone the use of the App for unauthorised streaming of copyrighted material.

4. Copyright complaints

Because GARP hosts and transmits no content, we cannot remove material from a third-party service. Complaints about a particular stream should be directed to the service that distributes it. If you believe the App itself — its code, name, artwork or store listing — infringes your rights, write to us at the address in Section 13 with: a description of the work, the material you believe infringes it and where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will respond promptly.

5. Price

The App is provided free of charge and contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. Any fee you pay to an IPTV provider is paid to that provider, not to GRP LLC.

6. Privacy

The App collects no personal data. Details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time and without notice. Playback depends on your provider, your network and your device's hardware decoders; we do not guarantee that any particular stream, format or device will work.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or available indefinitely, and we make no warranty about any third-party service or content you access with it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from any third-party service or content accessed through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose and ten US dollars (US$10).

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold GRP LLC harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the App with content or services you were not entitled to access.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. Sections 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, where GRP LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address with its effective date. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
